Yvonne Evans, 79, of Broken Bow, passed away October 22, 2016, in Texarkana, TX. Yvonne was born April 9, 1937, at Dora, New Mexico, to Zenes and Vera Dickerson Wilmoth. Yvonne was a wonderful Mother and Granny. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, painting ceramics, taking care of her potted plants, and family time. She began working for Lane Poultry in 1983 and retired from Tyson after twenty plus years. She was a member of Pine Top Missionary Baptist Church. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Rodney Evans, and wife, Judy, of Broken Bow, Rhonda Brantley, of Eagletown, Ranelda Colson, and husband, Kenneth, of the Oak Hill Community, Robin Shupert, and husband, Darin, of Idabel, Roy Evans, of Coffeyville, Kansas, and Randy Evans, of Valliant; sisters, Billie Conley, and husband, Fred, of Bend, Oregon, Norma Massey, and husband, Clarence, of Tatum, New Mexico, and Wanda Posey, and husband, Lee, of Booneville, Arkansas; one brother, James Wilmoth, of Tomball, Texas; grandchildren, Lee Evans, Lisa Williams, Randall Brantley, Daniel Brantley, Kendall Colson, Dustin Colson, Heather Parker, Brad Monroe, Lyndsi White, Tom Shupert, Lexi Shupert, Megan Harder, Samantha Evans, MacKenzie Evans, Braxton Evans, Blake Evans, Summaer Evans, and Nicole Evans; twenty five great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends; and her special caregivers at Memorial Heights Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Troy Evans; granddaughter, Rita Brantley; son-in-law, Kevin Monroe; great-grandson, Rowdy Brantley; siblings, Noel, Dale, Grady, Baynard, Sonny, Ira, Elzada, Mildred, and Alma. A Celebration of Life Service will be Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at 2:00, at the Victory Life Church, Broken Bow, OK. Burial will follow at Pine Top Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 25, 2016, from 6:00 to 8:00, at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow, OK.
