Vernon Windell "Little Bear" Pole, 64, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017. Windell is survived by his beloved wife, Kim Turner Pole, and his two best furry friends, Susie and Henry. He is also survived by his daughter Windy Markay Pole Link and her husband Ronnie of Burlington Iowa, and three grandsons Cole Franklin, Rhett Kirchner, and Titan Link. He is also survived by his daughter Jamie Kay Turner and one grandson, Jack Ryan Turner Dawson, of Midland, Texas, and two very special young ladies Charli Louise Giberson and Makayla Mitchell. Also surviving is one sister Joann Earl Kelly and husband Bill, and brother James Earl and wife Linda, of Midland, Texas; brother John Paul Earl of Wynnewood, Ok; brother Stewart "Chrome" Earl of Broken Bow, Ok; and brother Ricky Pole and wife Anna of Broken Bow, Ok, along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and super special friends in the trucking and racing community. He is preceded in death by his father and mother, Vernon "Bear" Pole and Mable Pole; and nephew, Jarrod Pole.The family would like to express its deepest gratitude to Mayes Home Health Care of Broken Bow and especially to Victoria and Julie for their tenacious and unrelenting support and care.
