Wilkin Billy Sr., 61, of Broken Bow, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at the Choctaw Nation Healthcare Center in Talihina, OK. He was born, October 6, 1948 in Talihina to parents, Julius and Susie (Tonihka) Billy. Wilkin was a member of the Kulli Chito Methodist Church. He enjoyed playing guitar, gospel music, and spending time with family and friends. Wilkin was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Wilbert Billy; a sister, Ruth Billy; and a nephew, Heath Watson. He is survived by his three sons, Wilkin Billy Jr. of Broken Bow, Johnny Billy of Eagletown, Timothy Billy, of Durant; four sisters and their spouses, Dorothy and Jerry Cunningham of Idabel, Norma Ortiz of Dallas, Julia Billy and Dixon Watson of Broken Bow, Sharron Battiest of Broken Bow; seven grandchildren, Shaina, Coltin, Kyra, Brianna, Avery, Byron, Calvin, and Lena; and one great-granchild Titus Thomas; special niece and nephew, Richard and Renita Billy; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.Cemetery:Mytlewood CemeteryService:10 a.m, Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Wilkin Billy Sr., please visit our floral store.
