Victor Webb, 80, (known as Okie or Doc) Lawler passed away December 6, 2016, in Paris, TX. He was born On September 10, 1936, to Percy Allen and Flora Edna (Webb) Lawler, in Idabel, OK. Victor was a member of the Wright City First Baptist Church and had lived in McCurtain County for 80 years. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Victor married Ruby Mae in Glover, OK, and they were married for 52 years until her passing. Victor was preceded in death by his parents, Percy and Flora Edna Lawler; wife, Ruby Mae Lawler; sister, Helen Hallmark; and brothers, J.C. Lawler and Phillip Lawler. Victor is survived by his sons, Randy Allen Lawler, of Houston, TX, and Eddie Lee Lawler, and spouse, Teresa, of Broken Arrow, OK; grandchildren, Ryan Victor Lawler, Kyle Michael Lawler, Grayson Boltan, and Kaitlyn Olivia Lawler; niece, Tamara Jane Hallmark; nephew, Dr. Carter Hallmark; Linda and Rick Banta; special friends, Troy and Debra Green, John and Kelly Manning, and Kayla Green; along with a host of friends. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be Monday, December 12, 2016, at 2:00 PM, at the Wright City First Baptist Church, Wright City, OK, with John Manning and Aaron Strange officiating.
