Running Bear Wilson Obituary (2017)

Running Bear Wilson, Jr., born February 6, 1962, in Talihina, OK, lived in Broken Bow all of his life. He was the son of Running Bear Wilson Sr. and Nellie Haze Wilson. R.B. passed away at his home on January 4, 2017. R.B. was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping and enjoyed helping other people out. He was also a carpenter. He loved being around his family. R.B. is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Ann Columbus, of Idabel, OK; sister, Laquinta Wilson, of Idabel, OK; nieces, Charmon Hartley and Summer Hartley; nephew, Allen Hartley; and many other relatives. R.B. was preceded in death by his father, Running Bear Sr.; mother, Nellie Wilson; brothers, Mitch Wilson, Clifford Wilson, Delmer Wilson, Kenneth Wilson, and Arnold Wilson; and sister, Leona Basford. A celebration of life service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2017 at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Edgel Samuels officiating.
