He was born on Friday, July 4, 1952, to Earle Mathers and Mildred Richardson in Jackson County, Missouri. Randy is preceded in death by his parents, Earle Mathers and Mildred Richardson; aunts, Loretta Lasch and Linda Irvan, uncle, Benny Mombi, and sister, Terri Boring. Randy is survived by his niece, Jessica Saunders; nephew, Justin Boring; brother-in-law, Jeff Boring, great nieces and nephews, Brecken, Harper and Haven Saunders, and cousin, Trish Leonard; and a host of other relatives and friends.
