Rachel Ann Morrison

Rachel Ann Morrison, 47, of Haworth, passed away on March 5, 2011 at McCurtain Memorial Hospital. The daughter of James Roy and Diana Lee (Pool) Moore, she was born November 27, 1963 in Ft. Worth, TX. On December 31, 1982, Rachel and Danny Morrison were united in Holy Matrimony in Ft. Worth, TX. Rachel was a homemaker and had lived in this community twenty three years moving here from Ft. Worth, TX. She loved volunteering for different occasions at the Moon Church of God, where she was also a member. With A heart the size of Texas, Rachel would help those who were in need and always opened her home to needy children. She also enjoyed things such as fishing and being outdoors. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; her father, Roy Moore; one brother, John Wayne Moore. Rachel leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Danny of the home; her mother, Diana Moore of Pitkin, LA; one son, James Roy Morrison and wife, Tiffani, of Broken Bow; two brothers, Kenneth Moore and wife, Shirley, of Pitkin, LA, Lewis Moore and wife, Tammy, of Idabel; one sister, Theresa Jones and husband, Jeff, of Ft. Worth, TX; nieces and nephew, Heather Moore, Cheyenne Moore, Kenneth John Moore; numerous cousins, friends and her church family.Cemetery:Tom CemeteryService:Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at Tom Cemetery with Bro.
