Broken Bow, Oklahoma
Patricia Ann Talley, 82, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma went to her heavenly home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Broken Bow Health and Rehab in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. She was born on Sunday, February 9, 1941, to Frank James and Eula May Burrough Reeves in Tulare, California.
Patricia, known as Pat, was a “jack of all trades”. She could build a house just as well as clean one. She raised a family while working full time for over 30 years at Tyson. Her hard work and dedication made a lasting impact on all who knew her. She lived a life of devotion to her Christian beliefs. She was an active member of the Battiest Assembly of God in Battiest, Oklahoma; where she served as a Sunday School teacher and shared her spiritual gifts as the pianist, enriching the worship services with her musical melodies. She found solace and joy in tending to her flower beds and roses, her green thumb and love for gardening were expressions of her nurturing spirit and appreciation for the wonders of nature. Above all else, Patricia held her family dear to her heart. They were the cornerstone of her life, and her love for them knew no bounds. She was known for her culinary skills, especially her delicious pancakes and pies. She delighted in cooking these treats for her grandchildren, whose joy brought her immense happiness. Patricia loved to show love. She hugged and kissed her loved ones, gave selflessly, and always put others first.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Eula Reeves; her loving husband, Robert Lee Talley; two sisters, Georgia Erickson and Maxine Rossitter.
Patricia is survived by her three sons, Michael Talley of Sherwood, Oklahoma, Steven Talley of Sherwood, Oklahoma, David Talley of Broken Bow, Oklahoma and wife, Belinda; two daughters, Vada Jacobs of Fort Towson, Oklahoma and husband, Stacey, and Connie Durant of Sherwood, Oklahoma, and husband, Esman; one brother, Jerry Reeves of Grants Pass, Oregon; one sister, Darlene Mears of Grants Pass, Oregon; twenty-four grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
