She was a member of Broken Bow Church of Christ. Before retirement, she managed the Kerr McGee station in Broken Bow. She lived life to the fullest and was an avid bowler. Most of all, she enjoyed spending precious time with her family.She was preceded in death by her parents, Jarrett and Thelma Baker; husband, Dwain King; daughter, Mary Frey; brother, J.L. Baker Jr.She leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Buster King, Princeton, TX; two daughters and sons-in-law, Frances and Rick Griggs, Princeton, TX., Verna and Bruce Tuxhorn, Marietta,OH.; one brother, Robert Baker, IdaLou, TX.; two sisters, Athenia Pierce, Andrews, TX., Doris Graham, Eastland, TX.; eight grandchildren, Janice Maschek, Deborah Rodgers, Billy Ray Frey Jr., Saundra Davidson, Lahoma Downum, William Perrin, Wes Perrin, Elisha Martinez; twenty one great-grandchildren and a host of friends.Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 25, 2007, at Brumley Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow, OK. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, Broken Bow, OK. Lynn Tomlinson will be officiating.
