Mary Sue West Terstegge Chancellor Obituary (1939

Mary Sue West Terstegge Chancellor, age 73, of Mena, died Friday, March 29, 2013 at The Arkansas Hospice in Hot Springs. She was born on Saturday, April 29, 1939 to William O. and Lydia Palmer West in Antlers, Oklahoma. Mary was a very loving person and enjoyed life to the fullest. She was a grade school teacher for over 20 years in California; before returning to Mena to retire. Teaching was what brought her the greatest enjoyment in life. Mary loved her cats and her animals. She liked gospel music, gardening and painting. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mena. She is preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Bobby West and two sisters, Faye Squire and Patricia West. She is survived by her husband, Roy Chancellor of Mena; one sister, Barbara Wiest of Mount Airy, Maryland; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
