Luvada Ramsey Obituary (1939 - 2008)

She was preceded in death by her parents; six brothers, Jessie, Jewell, J.R., Willard, Allen and I.D. Ramsey; one sister Marylee and husband Jerry Evanes. Lou loved working jigsaw puzzles with the other patients at the nursing home. Lou showed you how much she liked you by tickling you to see you jump. She loved to make people laugh and tease her friends. She was always up early to feed the animals. Some may remember Lou for her heroic gesture when she saved a little girl from a burning home. Lou leaves to cherish her memory, three sisters, Odessie Cubit, Eagletown, Ozzie Wilson, Broken Bow and Evalean Ramsey, Phoenix AZ; two brothers, Vernell Ramsey Sr., Broken Bow and LeRoy Ramsey, Oklahoma City, OK; several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M., Saturday December 27, 2008 at Brumley Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow.
