Luther Humphrey Obituary (1935 - 2010)

Luther L.N. Humphrey, 74 of Oak Hill, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at his residence in Oak Hill. He was born May 13, 1935 in Ajo, Az, the son of Luther and Christine (Hadsell) Humphrey. Luther loved to travel and work on his cattle ranch. He was affiliated with the Baptist faith. Luther is preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Christine Humphrey. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, David and Annette of Wills Point, TX; two daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and David Mills of Wylie, TX; Paula and David Hoffman of Euless, TX; a brother, Tommy and Regina Humphrey of Oak Hill; six grandchildren, Keith Humphrey, Kerra Humphrey, Mitchell Hoffman, Matthew Hoffman, Britney Hoffman and Tyler Mills; three great-grandchildren; five nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Monday, March 22, 2010 at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Bow with interment to follow in the Watson Cemetery in Oak Hill.
