Louise Chapman, 70, of Broken Bow, passed away Thursday, November 18, 2010 at her residence. The daughter of Clayton W. and Stella (Galloway) Gold, Louise was born May 4, 1940 in Bethel, OK. On September 24, 1956, she married Grover Chapman Jr. in Broken Bow at the First Christian Church. For many years, Louise enjoyed taking care of her place, gardening, raising flowers, riding four-wheelers, and watching deer. Louise was preceded in death by her parents; a grandson, Chad Gibson and two brothers, Ralph and Jeff Gold. She is survived by her husband of fifty-four years, Grover Chapman, Jr., of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Teresa and Melvin Gibson; and Cindy and David Maness of Broken Bow, OK; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Dorothy and Ben Jamison of Medford, OR, Carolyn and Mike Shoemacker of Broken Arrow, OK, and Brenda Tuttle of Broken Arrow; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James and Barbara Chapman of Broken Bow; one granddaughter Jennifer Emery and her husband Jarrod.; one great-grandson, Jayden Emery.Cemetery:Interment will be private at Chapman Family Cemetery, Broken Bow.Service:Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 19, 2010 at the Brumley Funeral Home, Broken Bow with Bro.
