Lorene was affiliated with the Assemblies of God, loved gospel singing, gardening, sewing, writing poetry, collecting cook books and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Dave Gibson; three brothers; Warren, Perry and Bobby Virgin and one sister Zenora Thomas. Lorene leaves to cherish her memory two sons, James David 'Jr.' Gibson and wife Sue and Jerry Gibson and wife Maye all of Oak Hill; two brothers, James Virgin, Sweethome Community and Wayne Virgin, Holly Creek; one sister, Inez Clayborn, Ringold, LA; four grandchildren, Donna Parker and husband Tim, Debbie Miller and Husband Jay, Kelly Richards and husband Dale and David Lee Gibson; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.Services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at Brumley Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow with Bro.
