LaVon Hutchison, 81 of Broken Bow, passed away Friday, April 2, 2010 at the McCurtain Manor Nursing Center in Broken Bow. She was born October 21, 1928 at Cedar Creek in the mountains north of Broken Bow, to parents Jesse and Ethel (Laxton) Johns. LaVon enjoyed reading, collecting records and four-leaf clover. LaVon was preceded in death by her mother and father and a sister Lenora Halter. LaVon leaves to cherish her memory a son, Robert Proctor of Klamath Falls, OR; two daughters, Pat Maness of Broken Bow, and Gwen Franklin and husband Fred of Klamath Falls, OR; and one sister and brother-in-law, Lillie and Irving Wilson of Broken Bow; three grandchildren, Evelyn Kemp, Stacey Holmes and Fred Franklin; six great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A graveside service was held 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 5, 2010 at the Sweet Home Cemetery in Broken Bow. Rev.
