She was an excellent homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother. She loved having her family and friends around her. She married Mitchell Albert Stovall on May 15, 1993 in Horatio, AR. She was preceded in death by grandparents, James Howard Smith Jr., Phyllis Smith, James P. Hooker, and step grandfather Wayne Talley, three brothers, Richard Lee Vail, Ronald and Donald Keeler and a niece Lillie Denise Mead.She is survived by her husband, Mitchell Albert Stovall; three daughters, Kayla Cook and husband Willy, Michelle Montgomery and Lacy Stovall, and one son James Richard Stovall, one granddaughter Izabelle Opal Cook, all of Panki Bok, OK; her parents Annie J. Talley and husband Jerry, Broken Bow and Max E. Vail, Sr., and wife Lynn , Horatio, AR; one brother Max E. Vail, Jr. and wife Charlene, Achille, OK; one sister Janet Vail, Las Vegas, NV; grandmother Evelyn Hooker, Horatio, AR and step grandmother Martha Jayne Talley, Sherman, TX; three very special friends, J.C. and Pete Hendrix, Panki Bok, OK and Debbie Gilbert, Eagletown and a host of other family and friends.Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 29, 2007, at West Otis Cemetery, West Otis, AR.
