Kenneth C. Stow of Durant, OK 80, long time resident of Broken Bow, went to be with our Lord on May 12, 2012. He was born on December 1, 1931 to O.C. and Katie Stow in Lockesburg, AR. Kenneth was an employee for many years with Dierks/ Weyerhauser. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Theral and A.C. Stow. Kenneth is survived by his wife of 54 years, Betty J. Stow; son, Windell Stow and wife, Chris of Durant, OK; two grandchildren, Melissa and husband, Josh Garrrett of Durant, OK, Angie and husband, Chasen Lambe of Lindsay, OK; four great-grandchildren, Breanna Garrett and Mickayla, Ethan and Lillie Lambe; one brother, James Stow and wife, Barbara of Atlanta, TX; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. He loved his family and his grandchildren were the light of his life. He enjoyed Branson?s live shows and listening to Bill Gaither Homecoming Gospel Singings. Kenneth loved to attend the army reunions with his buddies he served with in the Korean War. He loved to make people laugh. The funeral service is Tuesday May 15, 2012 at 2 pm at the First Assembly of God in Broken Bow. Interment will follow at Hochatown Cemetery, Hochatown, OK. Rev. Terry Bradley, Windell Stow, Bro. Chasen Lambe and Scott Brumley will speak at the service.
