Jonathan Neil Caldwell, age 52, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, died Friday, July 23, 2021, at his home. He was born on Wednesday, July 23, 1969 to Willie Wilson Caldwell and Hannah June Wilson Caldwell in Talihina, Oklahoma. \nJonathan attended Lighthouse Christian Center and is in heaven playing music for family and the Lord. Nothing gave him greater joy in his life than playing music and spending time with his family and friends. When he was a younger man, he loved photography. He was a loving father, brother, uncle and friend and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.\nHe is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Carolyn Ruth Grigsby; maternal grandparents, Albert and Helen Wisdom and paternal grandparents, William Wilson Caldwell and Evelyn Rector-Caldwell. \nJonathan is survived by his sons, Jonathan Paul Caldwell of New York and Isiah Tankersley of Victoria, Texas; one daughter, Bethany Caldwell of Hugo, Oklahoma; two brothers and sister in law, James Caldwell of Broken Bow and Jerry Don and Mandy Caldwell of Hugo; sister and brother in law Junell Davis and Bennie Taylor of Broken Bow; nephews and nieces, Brandon Stewart, Tiffani Morrison, Alisha Caldwell, Amber Che Caldwell, Justice Caldwell, Noah Caldwell, Garrick Caldwell, Jaylyn Smith, Jaylee Smith, Dakota Caldwell, Jasper Morrison, Jeramy Caldwell, Amy Caldwell-Walden and James Caldwell and a host of other relatives and friends.\nA funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jeff Dodd officiating. Interment will follow at the Yasho Methodist Cemetery in Broken Bow. A wake will be held Wednesday, July 28, 2021 from 6-8 P.M. at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel.
