Jim "Skinny" Laster, 63, of Broken Bow, OK, was born December 24, 1951, and passed away at Paris Regional Medical Center, Paris, TX, September 29, 2015. "Skinny" was affiliated with the Assemblies of God Church. He loved to hunt and fish. He worked for Weyerhaeuser as a diesel mechanic. He was also the Flower Bread man. He owed and operated Timberline Restaurant, as well. He loved being with his grandkids and spending time with his dog, Tequila. Skinny is survived by his parents, Bob and Imogene Laster, of Broken Bow, OK; son, Gabrial Laster, of Wilson, OK; daughter, Angie Laster, of Broken Bow, OK; sisters Shirley and Robert Baker, of Broken Bow, OK and Cindy and Jerry Mays, of Broken Bow, OK; and grandchildren, Caitlyn Laster, Lakyn Laster, Dakota Laster, Victoria Owens and Gage James. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. A celebration of life will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, October 3, 2015 at Assembly of God Church, Broken Bow, OK, with Pastor Terry Bradley officiating.
