Jerry Don Bice, age 74 of Eagletown, OK passed away at his home on July 11, 2021. Jerry was born September 6, 1946, to Vee Bice and Betty Jo (Joiner) Bice in Eagletown, OK.\nJerry married Shirley, January 24, 1966, in Ukiah, CA. They celebrated their 55th anniversary in January.\nJerry graduated from McKinleyville High in California in 1964. He worked for Brown and Root in 1974. He was an avid rooster fighter and burly bodybuilder where he won many trophies. He enjoyed watching football and calling his grandson, Kristopher, to bet on the game. He loved his grandchildren and family very much. He was thankful to his granddaughter Zanna for taking him to every doctor's appointment and doing whatever he needed. \nJerry was preceded in death by his parents Vee and Betty Jo Bice; brothers, Woody Middlebrooks, Roger Bice and Jimmy Bice; daughter, Shari Bice; grandsons, Christopher Diggs and Zackary McCune; nephew, Little James Bice; and lifelong friends, David Lee Wheeler and Jimmy Burcham.\nJerry leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Shirley Bice of the home; his children, Sandra "Andy" McClure (James) of Keota, OK, Janna Bice of Van Buren, AR, Tommy Lengyel of Oregon, and Suzie Osterdock (Shawn) of Broken Bow, OK; 10 grandchildren, Ashley, Joshua, Zanna, Holly, Brandy, Jessica, Dustin, Lucy, James, Jonathon, Shawnda, and Shane; 24 great-grandchildren, brother, Kelly Bice of Eagletown, OK; sisters, Kathy Bice of Broken Bow, OK, Sharon Chisum of California, and Candace Bice of Colcord, OK; lifelong friend, Nip Winship; as well as many other family and friends.\nA Memorial Service in Jerry's honor will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 16, 2021, at the Eagletown Assembly of God. Honorary pallbearers will be, Shawn Osterdock, Kristopher McCune, Kelly Brantley, Nip Winship, and Pete Wheeler.
