Jerrod Paul Tisho

Jerrod Paul Tisho, 37, of Broken Bow, OK, passed away October 9, 2016, in Broken Bow, OK. He was born October 30, 1978, in Talihina, OK, the son of Wayne and Wynema (Kemp) Tisho. Jerrod had lived in McCurtain County all of his life and was a 1998 graduate of Broken Bow High School. He enjoyed playing softball, fishing, and telling jokes. Jerrod was an avid OU sports fan and was a strong supporter of his nieces' softball. Jerrod had a big heart and loved his dogs, especially Molly and all animals. Jerrod leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Wayne and Wynema Tisho, of Broken Bow, OK; sister, Shawna Wall, and husband, Tommy, and their children, Hannah, Megan, and Bryce, of Holly Creek, OK; five uncles, Kenneth Tisho, and wife, Sue, of Shawnee, OK, Buck Tisho, of Oak Hill, OK, Lambert Tisho, of Glenpool, OK, Wesley Tisho and Rico Tisho, both of the Oak Hill Community; two aunts, Jeanetta Jackson, and husband, Richard, and Kathy Tisho; great aunt, Emma Wilson, of the Oak Hill Community; and a host of cousins and friends. Jerrod is preceded in death by his grandparents; and three cousins, Arlin Tisho, Allen Tisho, and Lindsay Roberts. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, October 14, 2016, at Tohwali Methodist Church, in the Oak Hill Community with interment following at the Tohwali Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday, October 13, 2016, from 6:00 - 8:00, at the Brumley Funeral Home Chapel, Broken Bow, OK.
