Jack Savage 80, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, passed away November 8, 2012 in Texarkana, TX. He was born August 9, 1932 in Bonanza, AR to Edward W. and Annie (Thomas) Savage. He was a member of the Broken Bow Church of Christ. Jack was an Ag teacher for 22 years at Battiest, Smithville and Valliant. He worked for Weyerhaeuser as a Procurement Supervisor. After retirement he had a small engine repair shop. He enjoyed playing the guitar, harmonica, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He also looked forward to playing white elephant Christmas, working in his garden and four wheeling. Jack was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife JoAnn Hawthorn Savage; and his second wife Faye Hankin Savage; brother, Manuel Savage; sisters, Rita Hartley and Melba Savage. He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Latrell King and husband Greg of Texarkana, TX; on sister Gloria Savage of Riverside, CA; three grandchildren, Lareign Ward, Channing Ward and Hunter King; step-daughters, Glenda Hankins, Brenda and Dan Nicholson, Sandy and Mike Lee; step grand-children, Jim Nicholson, Wes Nicholson, Chanc Lee, Tyler Hankins, Crystal Ware and Tommy; step great grand-children, Destiny Nicholson, Dakota Nicholson, Keegan Ware and Auburn Ware; and a host of friends.Cemetery:Watson Cemetery at Oak Hill \nTo send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Jack Savage, please visit our floral store.
