Heliena Sampson, 45, of Idabel, OK, passed away September 10, 2016, in Dallas, TX. She was born June 9, 1971, in Idabel, OK, the daughter of Johnny and Joan (Vandiver) Tucker. Heliena and Robert Sampson were united in marriage January 19, 1996, in DeQueen, AR. Family was Helienas' world. She loved special occasions with her family. Heliena leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Robert, of the home; her mother, Joan Shields, of Broken Bow, OK; two daughters, Angelina Hartman, and husband, Eric, of Idabel, OK, Brittany Turk, of Idabel, OK; one sister, Anjanette Shields, and husband, Ricky, of the Holly Creek Community; two brothers, Kenneth Tucker, and wife, Kellee, of Tatum, NM, Steve Tucker, and wife, Jackie, of Broken Bow, OK; sister-in-law, Rebecca Cheshire, and husband, Greg, of Star City, AR, sister-in-law, Lee Pell, of Tulsa, OK; brother-in-law, Bubba Pell, of Wright City, OK; two grandchildren, Audrina Sampson and Aaliyah Austin; mother-in-law, Nettie Webb; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny Tucker; step-father, Robert E. Shields; and two sisters-in-law, Jackie Sampson and Audra Sampson. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, September 16, 2016, at Brumley Funeral Home Chapel, in Broken Bow, OK. Interment will follow at Denison Cemetery, Idabel, OK.
