H.D. McDaniel Obituary (1940 - 2012)

H.D. "Tommy" McDaniel, 71 of Hochatown, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012 at Christus St. Michaels, Texarkana, Texas. Tommy was born August 13, 1940 in Battiest, Oklahoma the son of Buddy and Claudia (Myers) McDaniel. He was affiliated with the Assemblies of God and enjoyed working his cattle, watching bull riding, reading Louie Lamar western books and spending time at deer camp with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dana McDaniel and daughter-in-law, Leslie McDaniel. Tommy leaves to cherish his memory three sons, Mark McDaniel of Hochatown, Mark?s children Todd McDaniel of Hochatown, Angie McDaniel of Woodlands, TX and Amy Loman of Dallas, TX, Mitch McDaniel and wife Kerri and their daughter Adrianne of Springdale, AR, Tommy S. McDaniel and wife Julie and their children Andrew and Matthew of Tyler, TX; one brother, James McDaniel and wife Shirley of Broken Bow; one sister, Bobbie Hammrick of Valliant, OK; four great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.Cemetery:Interment will follow at Battiest Cemetery in Battiest, Oklahoma.
