Glenda Titsworth

Glenda L. Terrell Titsworth, age 75, of Mena, Arkansas died Sunday, July 21, 2024 at her home surrounded by family. She was born on Thursday, April 7, 1949 to Matthew and Bernice McLelland Terrell in Mena, Arkansas.

Glenda, a woman of unwavering dedication and immense kindness, passed away, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion to her family. Known for her steadfast and sometimes stubborn nature, her family always held the highest place in her heart. Glenda’s days were filled with daily conversations with her loved ones, emphasizing their paramount importance in her life. A woman of many talents, she had a deep love for music, played the piano, and found joy in hunting and fishing. Glenda cherished every moment spent doting on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her endless joy. In Mena, she was a versatile worker and entrepreneur, holding various jobs and running several businesses. Her career as an EMT showcased her dedication to helping others. Glenda's creative spirit shone through her crafting, painting, crochet, and sewing, leaving behind beautiful memories and creations that will be treasured by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Scott McBee; and one brother, Doyle Terrell.

Glenda is survived by her loving companion and best friend, James Dalton of Mena; her son and daughter in law, Jeremy and Andi McBee of Mena; one daughter and son in law, Buffy and Steve Cochran of Texas; one brother and sister in law, Dean and Penny Terrell of Arkansas; and two sisters, Sue Tunnell of Mena, and Bonnie Finney of Texarkana; eight grandchildren, Courtney McBee, Calli and Gary Ramos, Matthew McBee, Baleigh Goodner, Jonathan McBee, Cass McBee, Josey McBee, and Allie McBee; five great grandchildren, Adalyn Ramos, Saegan Young, Kason Ramos, Zayden Guevara, and Carter McBee; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Bowser Family Funeral Home in Mena, Arkansas.
