Edith (Watkins) Mitchell Obituary (1942

Edith (Watkins) Mitchell, 70, passed away on March 5, 2013 at Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock, AR. She was born November 10, 1942, the daughter of Huey and Gertrude (Burns) Watkins at Golden, OK. Edith was a woman of faith and a member of the Magnolia Christian Center. She enjoyed collecting antiques, going to garage sales, fishing, shopping and visiting with people. Edith was an encourager to those who were down and she had great inner strength and a good sense of humor. She loved her children and grand children dearly; family was most important to her. Edith leaves to cherish her memory, one son, Eddie Virgin; two daughters, Nelda Cotten and husband David, of Magnolia, AR, Tina Sanders and husband Chris, of Texarkana, TX; grandchildren, Brandon Cotten and wife Jessica, Kaci Cotten, Kelsey Sanders and Tara Sanders; great-grandchildren, Fox Cotten and Eiley Cotton; and extended family, including many nieces, nephews, cousins, an uncle, Albert Watkins in CA; and many friends.
